Stitchvani provides educational sewing content, project previews, and related guidance. Access may be changed, suspended, or discontinued without guaranteeing continuous availability.
2. Pattern previews and files
A project preview is not necessarily a complete downloadable sewing pattern. A complete pattern page should identify the included files, sizes, instructions, license, and any testing information. Do not assume that a preview includes printable pattern pieces.
3. Permitted use
Unless an individual pattern states otherwise, site text, graphics, layouts, and pattern materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, resell, upload, distribute, or present site materials as your own.
4. Finished items
Permission to sell finished items can vary by pattern. Review the license on the individual project page before using a pattern for small-batch sales, classes, commercial production, or client work.
5. Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass security, scrape at harmful volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse contact channels, or use site material in a way that infringes rights or violates law.
6. Accuracy and changes
We aim for clear information but cannot guarantee that every description, measurement, link, compatibility note, or instruction is error-free or suitable for every fabric, printer, machine, body, or purpose. Content may be corrected or updated.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Stitchvani is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from site use, sewing results, project delays, damaged materials, equipment use, or reliance on general guidance. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
8. Legal rights
These terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
